Protein-Packed Greek Yogurt Parfaits
A layered treat of Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola that feels indulgent but is packed with protein.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- ½ cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- ¼ cup granola or crushed nuts
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- In a jar, layer yogurt, berries, and granola. 
- Top with a drizzle of honey if desired. 
- Seal and refrigerate until ready to eat.
