A layered treat of Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola that feels indulgent but is packed with protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ¼ cup granola or crushed nuts
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, layer yogurt, berries, and granola.
