No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

Sweet and chewy bites made with oats, nut butter, honey, and mix-ins like chocolate chips or chia seeds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
