  • 1 cup Nuts almonds, cashews, or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Seeds sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried fruit cranberries or rasins
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional)
